INTRODUCTION
Employment relationship is considered as crucial part of organisation as it help in
effective as well as efficient functioning of organisation in effective manner (Sammons and
et.al., 2014). It is important that company is focusing on enhancing relationship with employees
in order to improve their performance. Organisation with strong employee relationship will be
perform better as well as achieve desired goals and objectives. Chosen company for this report is
Hobbs ltd company. This organisation is providing women clothing, footwear and other
accessories. Hobbs ltd organisation is dealing in retail sector organisation and is it UK based
company. In this report relationship of employees with its employer as well as organisation has
been analysed. It includes different ways to manage as well as regulate employees has been
analysed. Apart from this different theories as well as methods has been conducted in order to
analyse employee relationship as well as its impact over organisational changes.

Employment relationship can be define as a efforts of organisation that is helpful in
managing as well as developing strong relationship with employees. Employees relation can be
strongly developed when both employees as well as employer agree to work in conman manner.
It is essential the employees are using their full potential as well as skills in order to achieve
desired goals (Kariuki and et.al., 2013). I have conducted an interview with the customer care
executive named as John in order to analyse their relationship with organisation and employer.
This has helped in gaining sight about the employment relationship as well as its impact over
organisation. It has been analysed that employment relationship can be enhanced when both
employees as well as employer are considering each other point of view. John who worked as
Customer care executive in Hobbs ltd company is responsible to conducting different activities.
Employees have to provide support to its customers as well as solve their issues. John working in
Hobbs ltd company as customer care executive is responsible for collecting information about
customer as well as meet with the expectation of consumers. I have determined that customer
care executive need support from its manager in order to perform their task in correct manner.
They feel frustrated when manager is not providing support to employees as well as does not

guide them in appropriate manner. Manager has set some standards for its employees as well as
some expectation from them. It is essential for employees to meet with the standards or
expectation of manager. When employees are not able to full fill expectation of manager they
have to deal with its consequences. This lead to have major negative impact over their
relationship. It is very important that manager of Hobbs ltd company in providing training as
well as guidance to its employees so that they perform better and their goals could be achieved.
Manager of customer care executive needs to provide appropriate direction to its employees as
well as appropriate feedback in order to enhance their relationship. It is very important the
employees are using their full skills and capabilities in order meet with manager expectation.
Manager also need to consider needs and requirement of employees for enhancing their
relationship (Savona and Berlusconi,2015).
There are different activities that should be conducted by Hobbs ltd company in order to
develop better relationship between employee and organisation (Riccio and et.al., 2013).
Company will good employees relations provide fair as well as consistent treatment to its
employees in order create better employment relationships. Human resource department of
respective company needs to develop strong and effective relationship with employees.

making the work more adaptable. This is very helpful in meeting with the needs and
requirement in order to provide flexible lifestyles. Gig economy will lead to have
