manufacturers. The planning supports the people to perform the activities of
the project without any delay and also helps in the decision- making. The
identification of the project requirements should be done before the planning.
During the project activities, the changes are introduced in order to
improve the processes. The project control helps in reporting the status
of the project continuously in order to take the appropriate actions. For
