Conclusion
By summing up above PPT it has been concluded that employee
engagement plays an important role such that from data findings, it has
been concluded that employee are highly satisfied with the business
environment.
Also, study concluded that manager of M&S are also involve in their
decision making process so that they feel important.
Overall, study concluded that if employee engagements strategies are
perform within a company then the chances of business performance is
increases and this in turn leads to sustain the brand image of the company
as well.

From the above, it is recommended to the business that they should offer
incentive and other rewards system to their employees which in turn leads
to improve the overall business performance.
Further, it is also suggested to the company that proper feedback should be

workforce, company is able to manage the entire working environment
