Also, study concluded that manager of M&S are also involve in their decision making process so that they feel important. Overall, study concluded that if employee engagements strategies are perform within a company then the chances of business performance is increases and this in turn leads to sustain the brand image of the company as well.
Recommendations From the above, it is recommended to the business that they should offer incentive and other rewards system to their employees which in turn leads to improve the overall business performance. Further, it is also suggested to the company that proper feedback should be collected in order to determine the views of employees. Moreover, it is also recommended to the business that by recruiting diverse workforce, company is able to manage the entire working environment such that with different workers, company is able to get different ideas and this in turn leads to attain the define aim in specific tenure.
