Project scheduling is one of the key elements of project planning. It is important to ensure that all key activities of the project are included in the project schedule. For the proposed LC-01A building project, the project schedule contains all key activities from site preparation to handing over. The project schedule presented here contains the activities that need to be done, the duration needed to complete the activities, and the stakeholders responsible for performing the activities. The project schedule is presented in form of a Gantt chart, as shown in table 1 below. As shown in the project schedule, some activities are overlapping, which will help in reducing the time of completing the project.
