The complete schedule has been divided into some specific work packages like preparation,
issue, review and preparation, component construction, and bidding and construction. The
component construction can be divided into main turbine unit, filter separators, large diameter
valves, prefabricated compressor building, electrical motor control center and switch gear, large
diameter piping, emergency generator, and fuel gas skid work packages. The bidding and
construction have been divided into bidding as a work package and construction as another. The
completion of the each of the work packages would result in final completion of the project. The
precedence relationship among the activities would be understood by the use of the proper and
effective work division. The completion of the smart work ethic division would be supported by
the development of the improved work development. The listing of the work ethics is responsible
by the alignment of the probable and effective work division. The entire development has been
supported by the listing of the proper schedule development.
The project would involve 801 working days as it would commence on Monday 3rd
December, 2018 and end on 26th August, 2022. The total duration would be almost 4 year stretch
but each year from May 1 to August 31, the construction work would be halted due to the Indian
Brown Bat conservation. The budget estimation is another crucial factor aligning with the

formation of the smart work development. The budget can be estimated with the inclusion of the
appropriate work alignment and development. The project had an estimated budget for
$33,500,000.00. The engineering design would exhaust an amount of $3,350,000.00, Land
acquisition would exhaust an amount of $1,675,000.00. The permitting would exhaust an amount
of $1,675,000.00. The Long lead items would exhaust an amount of $11,725,000.00. The
construction would also exhaust an amount of $11,725,000.00. The contingency would exhaust an
amount of $3,205,080.00.
