Project justification and summary The project plan is based on implementation of battery power sharing app which is a perfect solution for those people who are facing difficulties when their phone is running out of battery. This app will benefit people as sharing battery can allow them to save time, reduce work effort and lower down the expenses. The estimated budget of this project plan is AED 2,128,288.00 andestimated range for the project is 3 months.The proposed application is suitable for wider age group as well as various users. This application allows the users to share power of battery in convenient way. c. Project characteristics and requirements 1.The high level requirements of this project are to design “Battery Power Sharing Application”, which have encryption mechanism to secure data confidentiality. 2.The project manager starts the project plan with knowing the client’s requirements, existing systems, understanding the needs of the customers, expectations plus constraints. 3.There is required to define functionality of the proposed application and determine which system is intended to design the app. 4.There is documentation of functionality of the battery power sharing app and its architecture. 5.There is required to have a software requirements specification (SRS) document which can describe nature of the project and application. 6.The installation process is done in the mobile phone to be able to start the process.

Summary of project deliverables The project management related deliverables are project charter, business case, budget plan, project progress reports, final report and project schedule. The application related deliverables are as follows: 1.SRS document: This document provides intended purpose, project requirements as well as nature of application to be developed. It includes cost of the application. 2.Design checklist: This checklist contains systematic development of project concepts with providing information about the well defined product idea. 3.App design document: This document provides design specifications such as conceptual and web application architecture which helps the designer to develop the app based on project requirements. 4.Revised project plan included milestones: The project manager should revise the project plan based on the changes which are occurred in mid of the project work. e. Project success criteria The project goal is to complete the project in scheduled time of 3 months for no more than an estimated budget of AED 2,128,288.00. The project sponsor collects fund for the project so that the project is not over budgeted. In order to meet with the financial and schedule goals, the project team members should follow the project schedule activities and conduct meetings on
