(2021). It has been considered as important aspect that shows the major quality responsibilities
of the project.
PROJECT QUALITY PLAN
Responsibilities to all personnel with respect to quality
The company maintains the quality standard for the project as well as the applicable laws that are
related to the industrial standard will be adopted. The project quality plan is concerned with
giving specific duty to each member of project in terms of maintaining the quality standards.
Mandatory qualification of contractors, suppliers, and all personnel
Suppliers, contractors and personnels who are part of the project must have the required
qualification which is consists of the working experience (Cristaldo & et.al. (2021). As it helps in
management of quality standard in project. Therefore, WECF has adopted this attribute in quality
plan in terms of managing quality.
Quality training
Quality training will be given to all personnels who are part of steering committee project as it
leads to guide them in order to assure quality in their task. In terms of achieving high standard of
quality in final deliverable it is important to assure quality in each task that is aligned with the
final deliverables as it helps in management of quality in over-all project. In similar manner,
WRCF has adopted this concept in terms of ensuring effective quality in making of apartments.
Project-specific quality standards
This includes the set standards of project that has been made by organization for a particular
project. WRCF has made their specialised standards for the up-coming project and the standards
involves, managing pollution level in environment, using effective raw materials and technology,
assuring training to labours and workers and so on. This set standards of the company result in
assuring higher quality deliverables.
Approaches towards Quality Assurance, Control & Improvement
The approaches towards quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement in the
designing and making of apartment by WRCF are mentioned below:
Quality Assurance
The company has analysed the requirement of the public related to the designing of apartment
and it has been considered as first step in approaches of quality assurance. Furthermore, the

planning test is needed to conduct as it assure idea to project manager in term of quality is being
maintained or not. Afterwards, the project-manger should design and execute test so, the results
can be known. The test should be conducted over the materials is used for constructing
apartments. Thus adopting the process that consist, analysing requirements, evaluating critical
factors, planning & executing test and implementing the procedure are the best approaches of
quality assurance for WRCF steering committee project.
Quality Control
This refers to the continuous methods that uphold the integrity and reliability of process in terms
of achieving the final outcomes. It helps in managing quality throughout the completion of
project. The major approaches of quality control that can me used in WRCF project is X bar
chart. This is one of the best approach of quality control in project management. Under this, the
project manager will prepare a bar chart that shows the minor changes that has been taking place
in the quality parameter of WRCF project and immediate action can be taken under this
(Fukasawa & et.al. (2020). Furthermore, it enables project manager to monitor the major effect
of the process improvement in project.
Quality Improvement
This has been considered as the systematic approach that has been taken in consideration in order
to improve the performance of the project (Kong & et.al. (2021). Quality improvement is based
on the quality control method. As in quality control methods the errors has been identified that
are linked with the quality attributes. On the basis of that, approaches of quality improvement
has been adopted and the quality standard of the project deliverable has been maintained. Rapid
cycle improvement is one of the best approach of quality improvement that can be sued by
WRCF in their project. Rapid cycle improvement method enable project manager to implement
the quality improvement process in continuous manner. This changes of improvement are tested
in the period of three to four months and the result can easily establish by project manager.
Quality metrics
Quality metrics has been considered as crucial element in project management as it helps
in measuring the attributes and parameters that has been defined by the project manager before
the starting of project or at the phase of project planning. Quality metrics helps in generating the
result of the final deliverable. Thus, the project manager of WRCF'S new project can easily

analyse the success rate of the project after the completion of project with the help of quality
metrics. The quality metrics leads to guide the project manager in order to implement the
decisions. The quality metrics that enables the manager to analyse the success rate of project are:
Planned value- It refers to the estimated amount of value that is needed to perform the planned
activities. The estimated value of WRCF project is $2,250,000. The manager can compare it with
other metrics as it provide the view in relation of the progress of project. It will provide idea
about the performance of all the task that is involved in project (Aljurf & et.al (2021). Those
tasks that are consuming high budget and not assuring effective result can be corrected with the
help of this.
Actual cost (KPI)- Metrics helps in knowing the current performance and status of project and
KPT is one of the part of metrics that has been used as indication in terms of getting idea
regarding quality deliverables of project. Key performance indicator is a metric that can be used
by the manager in order to analyse the success with respect to making of apartments. It is used in
terms of looking backward from all context and the indication has been taken. The comparison
has been made among the planned performance and actual performance of the project.
Earned value (Cost of delivering output)- This refers to the final cost of delivering output. The
cost that has been occurs in making of apartment is high then, the cost of deliverables then it
indicates loss (Meydan & Guydosh, (2020). On the other hand, if the cost of deliverable is higher
than the project cost then, it indicates the higher profit. Thus, with this, the project manager can
determine the quality metrics of project.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that, before starting the project it is highly
important to understand the numerous attributes that can provide impact over the final
deliverables of project. Furthermore, the report has discussed the mandatory elements that are
need to prepare in terms of preparing project. The report has described the project goals and
objectives of Waratah Residential Care Facility in order to take new project in consideration that
is related to construction of newly designed apartments. Also, the report has described the project
scope statement related to the project. Along with this work breakdown structure of the project
has been highlighted. WBS is an important tool that helps in parting the whole procedure in
different part and makes it easy. Furthermore, quality responsibilities, approached towards
