can also be managed by multiple person or one person as well. This project report will
highlighted about a case study of a theft of industry which deals in producing Californian nuts.
This report will lay emphasis on PESTLE Analysis and Porter's five forces model. Different
organisations will also be identified with their capabilities and resources in order to prevent theft
in nut industry. The different resources and capabilities which will required by business to
prevent large scale theft will also be elaborated in this report. Some recommendations along with
summary of finding will also be discussed in the report.

In this situation, it has been determined that nuts producing industry in California is
suffering from wide scale and highly sophisticated theft in all their stages of supply chain
