3FINAL PROJECT REPORTPart B: Project Cost and Time PlanIntroductionThe construction projects are developed for the implication of the operations for thedeployment of the effective construction activities. The development of the final projectdeliverable is based on the development of the finite project deliverable. The project completionwould help in yielding the effective and improved operations (Sahebjamnia, Torabi & Mansouri,2015). The construction project would yield in using the concepts of project management fordeveloping the final project.The following assignment comprises of project tender documentation that would providea detailed explanation of the project scope statement. The implication of the project developmentreport would form the overview of the project boundaries, objectives, milestones, and projectlimitations. The review with the customer is another major element present in the project report.The report would provide the brief of the project assumptions and constraints. The project scheduling for residential complex construction project is developed bylisting the activities that would be carried on within the project. The activities would allow theformation of the dependencies and the resource alignment. The completion of the activities,sequencing them, and adding resources to the project would tend to form the final project plan.The report would help in easing the flow of information and aligning the final project delivery.The use of Ms-Project would be helpful for the alignment of the construction project plan. Itwould list the project activities in a table and a timeline too. 1. Time and Cost Planning of the case project1.1 Project Activity ListThe project activity list is developed for forming the effective calculation of the projectschedule and the development of the final project deliverable for the alignment of the operationsand forming support for the integration of the operations (Larson & Gray, 2013).
