The following assignment had involved the implication of the works and aligning the successive
management process. The report comprised of an analysis for the topic of project management

the alignment management. The report has also involved the factors for the evaluating the work
for development.
The project had the problem of developing the construction activities and aligning the smart
work development. The resource management is a crucial factor and it results in forming the
