INTRODUCTION
Main objective of this presentation is to better understand the
principles and theories of communication. Communication means
transfer of facts, ideas, feeling and information from one person to
another and make them understandable. It will include one sender,
receiver and information in the form of message. It was analysis that
communication is not only just transfer of information. It will require
clarity and clear communication is very important for better
understanding.

Transactional analysis
It refers to a part of social psychology which is
developed by Eric Berne in 1958. It is based on
the idea that people early life experience will
determine the decisions they will make. It is also
known as script. Transactional analysis is a
technology which will assist people to understand
the behavior of other person so that
communication become more effective. It will
help in better understand their interpersonal
behavior. This analysis will include three concept
which are ego stage, life position and analysis of
transaction.
