Link Consultancy is a global business consultancy company based at Florida, USA.
The main highlights of the company are that its project base company and has clients from
IT, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical companies. The main projects handled by the company
are, Brand Management, Brand Entry Strategies, Brand re-entry strategies, Market research
and Market development strategies.
The Company has dedicated full time team of six employees, where three employees
are Research Associates, Two are Project Managers, and one is Lead Project Manager. The
company is directed by one director and one deputy director.
The company in order to work efficiently keeping in mind the hefty projects coming
its way for the company. The director has decided the Lead Project Manager to set up
meeting rules for effectively running the projects and team as a whole.
Following are the rules set for meetings.
Rules
1. All team members should be on time in office during the start of day.
2. All team members must adhere to meeting schedules as and when required to discuss
the project at the beginning, mid and end of each and every project.
3. All team members shall make daily goal sheets and weekly goal sheets and get it
approved from directors who ever are available.
4. Timely reports of goal sheets shall be sent to directors each working day.
5. All meetings shall be scheduled week before and the responsible project manager
shall share the sheets with all team members including the directors.
