1PROJECT VISION DOCUMENT Problem New Access is a mental health intervention that focuses on providing a better future to the youth dealing with mental illness. This part of the paper will describe the problems that arises while dealing with the patients. Thus in order to overcome such problem a new system is being proposed that will help in recording the story at the first time itself. This will ensure that the story is being captured at first instance and efficiently (Underwood & Washington, 2016). This will ensure that the patients are having better interaction with the specialist. Earlier the patient has to re tell the story from beginning at every appointment and at every time the specialist gets changed. This effected a lot of people and hence it became important to introduce a system that will ensure that details are recorded properly and are transferred to the respective specialist (Knaak, Mantler & Szeto, 2017). This ensures that the time taken to understand the story gets reduced by half. From the beginning all doctors will have the access towards the recordings and will be allowed to prepare notes based on there observations. This will ensure a better way of treatment. The implementation of new system will provide better advantages towards the headspace organisation and the program. Capabilities The new access invention is described in organization headspace for providing a better care towards the people dealing with depression and other type of mental problems. The most effected age group is the people falling between the ages 17 to 25. In this point of time the youth remains to be very vulnerable and gets hyper from small things. Moreover the emotional breakdown has a major impact on the youth. Thus it becomes very difficult to ask the people with mental issues to repeat their stories. This makes them more vulnerable and sometimes can affect their present state (Knaak, Mantler & Szeto, 2017). The capabilities of the new system are as follows: 1.The main capability of the newly developed system is to ensure proper working and recording the stories narrated by the patients. 2.This will ensure that proper data is stored at the first instance itself.
2PROJECT VISION DOCUMENT 3.The new system will ensure that the story is being captured efficiently and are distributed among the people associated with the case. 4.The new system ensures that every specialists and physiatrists has properknowledge regarding each case. This will help in making proper notes regarding to the case. 5.The system will store all the minute details regarding the patient and details regarding their issues. 6.For providing a better treatment towards the patient it is important to know the reason behind this problems. 7.Once the reason is identified properly it becomes easier to overcome this problems. 8.The system also ensure that proper solution is being prepared in response to the issues faced by the patients. 9.Apart from this different tips will also be recorded by the specialist and will be provided to the patients so that they can check the recordings and can apply those tips when they are alone (Moos, 2017). 10.The mental health program will work properly only when effective measure is offered towards the problem and the issues are being cleared from the initial stages. Thus the system will ensure that each patient has individually recovered from their issues. Benefits 1.The aim of the program new access is to remove the mental illness problem from the youth. 2.The proper implementation of system is required that will ensure major benefits towards the patients and towards the program. 3.The benefit includes better facility will be provided towards the patient and the treatment can be performed as soon as the appointment is done (Harper et al., 2017). 4.Moreover it will also include proper awareness program with the help of new access intervention.
