Business communication is defined as the procedure of sharing information as well as
thoughts between two other people. It is important to have effective communication skills in
order to gain growth as well as success. For an organization, communication plays an
important role as it help in clear the roles and objectives to employees in an effective manner.
With reference to London Tube, it is required to have proper communication in order give
instruction to travelers in a proper manner. It is determine that emotional barriers depending
