INTRODUCTION Reflection is an ability which is useful in reflecting the actions of individuals in order to involve in the continuous learning. It is useful in paying attention to the practical values and theories that are useful in informing the regular activities and actions by determining the practice in a reflective manner(Kerzner, 2017). This report is based on the development and making of e- commerce website in relation with TESCO Plc to sell its commodities with the help of using electronic items.To carry forward this report, the considered team role is web designer whose role is to develop and form visual design and strategies concerning the project as here, the name of web designer is Basir Ahmed and responsible for developing roles and duties of web designer in a team. Therefore, this report is all about describing the strengths and weaknesses of considered role and also evaluates the specified decisions and areas for improvement. MAIN BODY As a role of web designer, I was appointed to execute and implement visual design and other concerning strategies of projects that is developed by me. For this, I need to develop suitable policies and plans for the development of working conditions of company. These websites are developed which is useful in improving and enhancing the functioning of company and also useful in making online website more relevant and effective in relation with their respective customers. In order to take decisions for the development of teams, they are related with the enhancement of roles and responsibilities and also useful in allocating resources at their appropriate time.Moreover, my decisions are related with the development of designs that are related with the betterment of organisation and employees too(Heagney, 2016). In addition to this, to carry forward all the functions in an effective manner, I need to conduct and organise frequent meeting for my employees which is useful for them to interact with each other as it helpful in developing coordination and cooperation among them. As their coordination is helpful in influencing the overall impact on the performance of employees and make targets more achievable and easy. To provide resources, it is important for me to examine their requirements within the working conditions of company. Moreover, it is required that employees must have appropriate knowledge regarding the use of new resources as they are appropriate or not. I as a web designer, it becomes my job to determine the requirements of advancement and updating the
availability of resources in prominent way like use and upgrading the software and other related equipments in technical department for the enhancement and betterment of resources for the growth and success of company. Furthermore, my roles include good knowledge in technology and technical field, good knowledge of leadership and management as because of these, I can easily manage my team and bring effective changes for their overall development. As these are the skills that are useful in the enhancement and development of working activities and performance of employees as it positively influences the performance of employees and leads to develop productivity of employees (Woodcock, 2017). Therefore, it is determined that my decisions are work as the motivational factor for company that is useful in improving the performance of employees and also reduces the resistance of workforce at the time of bringing and developing change among employees. Thus, due to my decisions, performance of employees got affected in positive manner and reason behind this is my friendly behaviour with employees that leads to develop their performance and motivated them to work hard for the betterment of company. SELF REFLECTION By determining the taken role for the enhancement and development of employees and their overall performance, it is evaluated that it brings good experience while working with team in effective manner. For this, it is determined that my team and their overall performance becomes my strength as it is they work in an appropriate manner which is useful in enhancing and making things more effective for the working of employees. Meanwhile, it tends to bring negativity in the functioning of an organisation as some of employees get demotivate because of my decisions that are taken for the enhancement of company.But overall, it is described that it is quite good while working as a team as it is useful in teaching me many things regarding the working style and developing the performance of employees. In regard of this, it is determined that I must have proper and good communication skills which is useful in communicating and clarifying things in an appropriate manner. Thus, in order to develop and create an effective design of website I am the most responsible individual as it is useful in developing team in effective manner which helps in making team more effective and prominent for the development and enhancement of their skills and knowledge. This section is based on the analysis and evaluation of my overall skills that is helpful in improving my those skills in which I am lack and need much improvement to for the enhancement and development of knowledge and skills. So, to develop these skills, I need to take proper assessment which is related with the development of my prominent knowledge as it is beneficial for me and employees both. Additionally, it is determined that team performance is important and effective which is helpful in developing and managing number of employees at one time and for this, it is required to have prominent skills and knowledge which is helpful for me to easily coordinating with my team in an appropriate way. TEAM PERFORMANCE EVALUATION By considering by team management and performance skills it is evaluated that I as web designer is quite capable to manage my team and bring it to next level. For this, it is determined that development of an effective team is important as it helps in completing work on time in an effective manner. In addition to this, more important thing is developing coordination and cooperation among team members which is useful in attaining goals and objectives on specific time period(Heagney, 2016). For this, while performing my roles and duties, it is analysed that union in a team is important which is useful in strengthen the team and make their performance more effective.As by identifying the lacking area and field that need proper development and enhancement for achieving specified goals and objectives (Peralta and et. al., 2018). By determining the specified areas, it is identified that problem solving and management of conflict are the areas that need improvement to manage things and individuals in appropriate way. So, to develop and design website or make improvement in it, I need to create and develop effective plan for the successful execution of project. As this plan include, identification of needs and requirements of availability of resources in effective manner in order to meet the requirements of client and project. Therefore, it is analysed that to perform in a team, coordination and feelings of sacrifice is important which can become strength for company to determine and define the effectiveness of team.
CONCLUSION Thus, it is concluded that development of team in an effective manner is important because the productivity and performance of employees depends on their performance. Moreover, it is identified in the form of reflection which is about what project says and also provide briefing regarding the development of condition. Moreover, it also described the decisions that are taken and develop suitable measures to make them more effective or take corrective actions. For this, it describe my prominent roles and responsibilities concerning the development and management of team and also organize frequent meeting in order to develop more interaction of employees which is useful for them in getting more desirable output and result or take those decisions that influences the result. Lastly, self evaluation and team performance is evaluated to determine the improvement areas and describe the strength of team.
