INTRODUCTION
Project management is the technique which is used to monitor and analyse the projects that
are undertaken by the individuals for the purpose of completing the project activities
systematically. While trying to complete a specific project the managers are required to be
focused with different activities such as initiation, planning, monitoring and analysing (Albrecht
and Spang,2016). Present report is based upon the project of Camden Sickle Cell and
Thalassaemia Service Group which is organising a music event for the purpose of fund raising.
This assignment covers various topics such as a proper and well-structured network diagram for
the project, stakeholder analysis, work breakdown structure, risk analysis etc. Apart from this,
the best suitable methodology for the project is also covered in this assignment.
TASK 1
Development of network diagram for all the activities along with the calculation of EST, LST,
EFT and LFT for activities
Network diagram could be defined as a well strcutrued chart which is used to reflect all the
activities seperately so that all the individuals can understand the project properly. With the help
of it, all the tasks, workflow and responsibilities could be represented in a graphical manner. It is
mainly used to map out the schduel and work sequence of the project. For the music event the
network diagram along with all the other requirements is as follows:

TASK 2
Stakeholder analysis for the project with identification of internal and external stakeholders
Stakeholder analysis could be defined as the assessment which is conducted for the
purpose of analysing different stakeholders. With the help of it, interest and power of all the

the part of this category. For the event, these stakeholders will be sponsors, investors, creditors
etc. They are interested in the successful completion of event and able to formulate decisions for
