They will be asked to participate in certain activitieswhich help in enhancing their social and emotional skills.1.3. Explain the benefits of all staff consistently and fairly applying boundaries and rules for children and young people’s behavior in accordance with the policies and procedures of the setting. All staff are aware of what is expected from all pupils and because ofthis, it is fair and so, they are consistent with the bad behaviour usingthree strike rules and time out against the wall to good effect(Sancassiani et.al., 2015). This will ensure positive behaviour in theschool. Children will be able to nurture their skills and efficiencies andthus, they are able to participate actively in different activities. Staffmember’s motivation will be enhanced if they follow the rules andregulations in order to promote positive behaviour within school.
