Care UK is anorganisation who is operating in health and social care sector of United Kingdom. Thisassignment will discuss about restrictive interventions. Proactive and reactive strategies can beused for promoting positive behaviour. They will be explained in this file. Ways of promotingpositive behaviour will also become part of this report. Responses to the incident of challengingbehaviour will also be included at the end of this file. Functional behavioural analysis provide details about why a child or anyother person is behaving in a particular way. Once this work get accomplish then next part is todecide all the measures which can be taken for maintaining challenging behaviour. Throughteaching, positive behaviour can be promoted. Implementation of proactive strategies – Symptoms of negative behaviour can be seen inchildren when they are studying at schooling (Browne, 2013). By giving proper guidance toteachers and parents of child, this problems can be stopped at the point of its generation by CareUK.
