INTRODUCTION
In each organisation, it is fundamental for an employee to maintain positive behaviour so
that entire work will get done in a systematic manner. For this, many kinds of strategies and
policies will be formulated by the manager (Prestwich and et. al., 2017). Present assignment is
based on NHS which is a health care association and established in the UK. They are providing
their services across the world. This project is going to highlight many kinds of laws or acts
which will be applied by the superior in working environment. Utilization of proactive and
reactive strategies to promote the positive behaviour at workplace will be highlighted. Further,

problem needs to be interpreted (Hickey and et. al., 2017). Henceforth, it has been examined that
some elements will influence the individual's behaviour such as slow and fast trigger. Slow
trigger will take some time, whereas, fast trigger reacts immediately (Functional assessment,
2018). Behaviour of people will be measured or observed. If person's behaviour is negative in
nature then, manager has to prepare some strategies like they will provide them some sessions as
this will help them to develop an effective communication with each other (Street, 2017).

strategies or policies.
P3. Process of implementing least restrictive interventions
Least restrictive option is basically used to assist individuals under the Mental Capacity
act. If an individual is doing something then this will restrict the freedom of person either
directly or indirectly (Burford, Lucassen and Hamilton, 2017). It doesn't mean that individual
cannot do anything. Whereas, the reason behind this is that they want to secure them from any
kind of mis-happening. Along with that, many types of plans or strategies will be developed by
the manager to protect individuals from any harmful activities.
Other than this, investigation for least restrictive manner is to fulfil the requirement of all
service users as well as staff members timely. They will render them some creative solutions to
keep people secured. But it is essential to respect the right of every person so that they will do
their work effectually (Sanders and et. al., 2017).
