INTRODUCTIONSmoking is injurious to health, smoking cessation is the condition when individualdiscontinue using tobacco (Lines, Lepore and Wiener, 2015). Smoking is the main issue thatcauses many diseases in human being. Nicotine makes person addicted to it which impacts onlungs and other body part of individual. Most of the smokers find it difficult to leave this habiteasily. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is the lung disease due to whichidiosyncratic face difficulty in breathing (Sagner and et.al, 2016). Present report will discuss thebehaviour of medical professionals and care system for the patients those who are suffering fromthe COPD. Furthermore, impact of providing effective health care and well-being information onthe person's health will be described in this study. MAIN BODYChronic obstructive pulmonary disease is the issue which impacts on lungs of the patient.People those who smoke in access in the initial phase they have to suffer from this medicalillness. It mainly occurs in the middle aged or older people those who smoke regular. In theinitial phase it creates breathing problem in body but later on it adversely affects lungs ofsmoker. Medical professionals are required to treat such patients properly so that they do not getdishearten and can recovered soon. In the COPD condition person has to face huge pain in lungsand go through from breathing problem which make them irritating. In such condition theybehave rude with others and do not cooperate with the medical professionals well (McDowalland et.al, 2017). It is the duty of health care providers that to understand situation of patients andtreat well to them. They have to behave clam with them and motivate them so that care users feelencouraged in their life. Government has made legislation and standards which support hospitalsin improving their services and providing quality care to diligent. Medical professionals need to support such patients those who are suffering from COPDand have to make them clam so that they feel good in the hospitals (Gureje and et.al, 2015). Theyhave to keep their issue confidential so that no other person react negative with them. Differencein culture and beliefs is the main issue in the health care sector. In such condition it becomesvery difficult for the care providers to communicate with them and their family properly. It maycreate confusions and they fail to make patients understand about their condition. It is theresponsibility of the medical professionals that to behave with them well and coordinate withthem in sign language so that no confusion take place. It is the duty of practitioners that tounderstand their condition, their pain, effects of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on thehuman body and accordingly they have to treat diligent. (De Raeve and et.al, 2017) The main cause of this medical illness is smoking, Tobacco make the person addicted toit and after some time individual feel difficult to leave this habit. In such condition medicalprofessionals need to be aware with the condition of tolerant and have to give them propercounselling so that individual can try to leave this habit and can get recovered soon (Sohl, Birdeeand Elam, 2016). UK has taken strong initiative to reduce the cases of such patients, authoritieshave given comprehensive support to smokers so that they can leave this bad habit. Under theseservice's practitioner provides practical support and pharmaceutical support to the diligent. Apartfrom this positive behaviour and proper counselling is given by medical professionals. This helpspersons in avoiding smoking and improving their health as well. In such program, care providerstrain the smokers and give them advice so that they can leave this habit soon (Arnold, 2015).
