INTRODUCTION Health is defined as the absence of any disease which is now a day is also extended togood mental status of the individuals as well. The both health and wellbeing plays a key role inthe life of individuals. Especially for the old age communities it requires a great effort to sustaina healthy life and an overall wellness (Suzman and et.al., 2015). The report will discuss theconcepts of health and wellbeing and their interrelationship. It will also explain the significanceof holistic approach in assessing the needs and requirements of target population. The report willanalyse the health and wellbeing of old people. The document will also evaluate the factorswhich affect the well being and health of targeted old people. Further it will also highlight theissues which influence the health of targeted population. Definition of health and wellbeing and their interrelationship Though both the terms health and wellbeing are used simultaneously by many people butare separate but interrelated terminologies. Health:Health is defined as the state of individuals without any disease or adverse healthcondition which affect their comfort and capabilities. The health care professionals also believesthat health not only comprise physical but metal or psychological effectiveness and comfort aswell. Wellbeing: Contrary to health wellbeing is defined as the combination of various attributes such asintellectual, physical, emotional, environmental, social and spiritual health (Steptoe, Deaton andStone, 2015). In order to achieve the complete sense of wellbeing all of the attributes must be incorrect harmony.Relation between health and wellbeing: For achieving good health it is essential that people must observe these dynamic subjectsof wellbeing throughout their life. Justifications The artefact delineates that older people who are suffering from Alzheimer, dementia or type two diabetes should eat heavy nutrition and balanced diet food.(Cheung, S.T. and Dawkes, S., 2018).As it may help in preventing diseases and upcoming breastfed factors associated diseases such as cardiovascular disease and so on (The Role of Calcium in Human Aging, 2015). It has been seen that due to some factors such as poverty and other financial issues may lead older people to have unsatisfactory diet which lead them to illness which are associated with their bones, due to lack of vitamin D and consumption of calcium. Studies concluded that eating varieties of fruit food from all range a term to be considered as significant for the health of older people(Panagioti & et. al., 2018). A balanced diet contains fruits and vegetable low-fat fat-free whole grains food items pulses fish meat green leafy vegetables mustard seeds cooler greens frozen and canned food items, which are healthy for an individual. Furthermore, it has been seen that in older people there are just factors which are associated with osteoporosis which is disease of bones. The main concerning just factor which this disease gives is a curvature of lower back that might be more painful for individuals. Consumption of vitamin D and taking enough amount of calcium in their body to promote quality of life(Ruzanska and Warschburger, , 2017). Due to lack of these nutrition, studies state that it has been concluded that good nutrition is essential for our body as it helps in providing energy to fight from illness and also helps in for the development. It prevents some diseases such as high blood pressure heart diseases. Older people are recommended to eat lots of nutrition without a lot of extra calories fruits and vegetables choose different and varieties of type of bright colours fat-free and low-fat milk and cheese (The Role of Calcium in Human Aging, 2015). They are also recommended to avoid empty calories as these are food which are associated with multiple calories but few nutrients such as chips candies baked goods soda as well as alcohol item to be harmful and associated with number of risk factors which can harm well-being of older age people. Studies confirmed that calcium plays a vital role in the individuals. According to studies calcium contains a complex and multiple interactive dependency at the moves of different nutrients, that can help in establishing strength to the bones of individuals(Panagioti & et. al., 2018). Dietary calcium should flow throughout the intestinal lumen at some point of regular digestion to offer a calcium pool to preserve serum levels of an individual’s body. It can also
