INTRODUCTION Promoting health refers to make people capable to have heir control over and improve their respective health condition. MAIN BODY Intervention and its aim Aim:ThePublicHealthcampaignthatwasorganisedhasintroduceaneffective intervention with an aim to enhance health condition. It includes the criterion of motivating people to manage 10 minutes every day for a briskly walk because it can be considered as a effective work out if carry out in correct manner. However, briskly walking can be described as fast walking than normal at a pace that can boost up the heart rate of an individual for at least 10 minutes per day (Baum,2016). This activity is much effective and count as an exercise which is easiest method in regards to improve overall health condition respectively. In addition to this, it has been analysed that this type of daily walk provide support with sleep, improve mood and decrease the risk of creating severe health problems of long term such as diabetes. Meanwhile, it is observed that people having sitting jobs do not walk in a day which is responsible for developing number of health problems in country. This campaign is helpful to make people understand the importance of walking for maintain their well-being through putting a little efforts on daily basis. It is necessary to encourage people towards this interventions in terms of improving their condition.
