1.Basic concept of sustainability:
Sustainability: Sustainability refers to ability to exist in the environment or the methods or
approaches which helps in preserving the natural sources which help in the development and
managing the ecological balance. That is required for the development and safe working of the
organization. Sustainability refers to the survival of the structure(physical structure) of the
industry and its maintenance, by wise use of the natural resources within the organization. This
aims to work for the sustainability of the organizational structure and maintaining the quality of
structure and design(Burdoucci, 2018).
Natural resources used by the organization:
Resources like bricks made up of clay are being used as natural resource which can help in
development of a sustainable and ecological balance with the nature use of resource for making
the structure better which can cooperate with the ecological balancing providing no harm and are
natural.
Cement used consist of natural binding materials like limestone which are found in a large
quantity and are best natural binding agent these can make structure strong and durable.
Glasses prepared from natural materials like sand, soda ash and lime stone(Carbone and Picchio,
2019).
These are the mate4rial used by the organization which is used by 'Can O Water' which can be
useful as per the norms of the government under various legislation rules set by the government
of UK.
Description of sustainable consideration:
Wise use of natural resources which can help in proper management of the work techniques
which can provide a safe working environment with respect to providing an ecological balance to
the environment and the organization. Organization must ensure lesser use of artificial products
like use of plastics and chemical induced products which can be a threat to structural imbalance.
Using the natural materials which can affect the structure and decreases its life cycle. Using solar
system in the organization which can minimize the use of the electricity. The structure must be
made such that inflow of natural light and air must be maximum which can have an positive
impact on the life cycle on employees(Oakes and Propertysafe, 2015).

government. Which must be followed in guidelines in developing an organizational structure.
There are many legal laws about the structure and making of a property and maintaining it.
Environmental issues like hazard safety must be kept in mind while construction of the building ,
various escape routes must be made to safeguard the workers. Building must be able to sustain
disasters like floods, rains, earthquakes etc. which must not affect the workplace and structure
must be able to sustain in such conditions.
Proper management of waste like proper sewerage and solid wastes must be minimized and wise
use of waste management must be done in order to minimize the waste practices. Government of
