Hilton Hotel has spotted the Cyprus market for its new hotel project. The property is
located at the beach capturing the sea view. The idea is to provide the best luxurious experience
to all the visitors by capturing the stunning sea view location. The property is 115 meters above
the sea level which create a breathtaking view at the hotel. The location entertain 300 days of sun
shine in the whole year which make the location weather oriented friendly that would further be
cherishing the experience of all its visitors (Kolobkova, Romanov and Frolova, 2021). Cyprus is
a location that has perfectly placed connected from all the mode of transport such as water, air
and road. At the location several facilities are available like main entrance, SPA, GYM, Indoor
Pool, President Lounge, Outdoor Pool, Land fir future development, Parking, Underground
parking, guard house, gaming zone, restaurant and many such facilities. All these deliverables
make the location more fascinating for its visitors. All this information has been collected at the
Department of Land and Surveys Platform which make it authentic.
Hilton Hotel is already an established brand in the hospitality sector. The location offer

Hotel is trying to establish a new hotel at the prime location of Cyprus market. This entire project

project. All the various area or part involve in the project can discuss in the following manner.
Research and development
Research and development is always a key need involve with any project company
execute. The research and development professional will execute the extensive amount of
research to execute the whole project. Research will cover the customers, trends in hospitality

on the special value to the guest stay at the hotel. This proposed initiative will execute with the
use of agile project management approach (Wong and et.al., 2021). This will allow the manager

to break the whole project into several deliverables that can pass on certain and specific value to
the project. Attached bedrooms along with swimming pool and garden will make the stay even
more luxurious of all the visitors of the hotel.
Fine dinning with live music section
Fine dinning cherishing with the live music will be a memorable experience for all the
guest. Dinning become an essential for the hotel industry. This proposed idea will improve the
dinning experience of all the guest taking breakfast, lunch or dinner at the hotel. This idea will
also implement with the use of agile methodology.
Seating area with art gallery
Seating area will be affiliated with the art gallery. This idea will allow the artist to
showcase the talent like poetry, painting and such other art forms. This will be a great
collaboration of art and the hospitality. The separate section will be created for the exhibition.
Agile methodology will be used in this to execute the idea.
Sea side smart bathrooms
Sea side smart bathrooms will be developed. Smart bathroom will take care of every need
of the visitors. Massage centre will also be there apart from other facilities. Scrum methodology
will adapt to execute this idea.
5. Steps of the project until the operation phase
Steps are the different stages demonstrate the particular stage of the project./ Following
are the different steps taken to establish and develop the whole project until the operation phase
of the project.
Development planning
At this level planning is executed related to the development of the whole project. In this
stage complete planning is executed elated to design of the hotel, architecture of the project,
interiors of the project, deliverables that will be used at the construction of the project and such
related planning.
Assembly of development teams.
As per the development planning has been executed teams are formed and assemble. The
project manager form and develop the individual team, and assign the specific role and
responsibilities related to the project to such a team (Yaoyao, 2021). This stage allows the
manager to execute the entire project in the best way possible.

Feasibility study
Feasibility study involve how feasible the project idea is as per the expectations of the
hotel management. All factors that will affect to the project development will analysis and assess
at this level.
Project implementation.
This stage allows the ,manager to implement and execute the entire project as per the
project planning is conducted (Yousaf and et.al., 2021). The project manager plan all the actions
that will allow and support to the manger to implement the whole project in the best way
possible.
Initial marketing and operations.
This is a very initial stage of the operation and marketing. At this stage operations of the
new Hilton hotel has already been started.
CONCLUSION
The new Hilton Hotel will be based in Cyprus. Certain value addition will be used that
include attached bedroom with swimming pool and garden, fine dining with live music section,
seating area with art gallery and sea side smart bathrooms. Different stages will associated until
the project reach out to the operation phase which include development planning, assemble
development teams, feasibility study, project implementation and initial marketing and
operations.
