Additionally E-Commerce has also been associated enabling eth businesses in gaining of competitive advantage over their rivals by means of reduced cost and by making sure that the satisfaction of the customers are being maintained. Electronic business have been associated with providing of an increased productivity of many companies by means of putting forward of a cheaper markets and by making sure that the business is in control in the market(Kim and Peterson 2017). The E-business strategy is associated with supporting effective means which are used for trading in order to make sure that the goods along with services are being delivered to the stores and customers without any kind of delays. Strategies and Changes Expected in an Organization: Enhanced communication along with faster decision making: The E-business strategy implementation would be associated with ensuring time saving by means of effective decision making and this would be done by making certain changes in the
