Proposal for High-Performance Work System for HealthReach

This proposal report explains the importance of a high-performance work system (HPWS) for HealthReach. It highlights four components of HPWS as way-outs to problems addressed in the context of HealthReach. The paper concludes that by promoting skills-development programs and allocating new tasks to the nursing staffs HealthReach can enhance their level of engagement to work.
