Proposed Designs of Voice Controlled Robotic Vehicle 2ABSTRACTSpeech recognition is the process by which a robotic device can identify a spoken work by the use of the special component within its system such as Bluetooth module. The general definitions of speech recognition include training, accuracy, vocabularies, speaker dependence, and utterances. Robots are system package which incorporates automation, computing, electrical,and mechanical fields of technology which can be used to carry out numerous talks for domestic and industrial. The main objective of this research proposal is to propose a design of a voice-controlled robotic device which has the ability to directly receive and recognize a spoken command from an individual and then respond to the command by performing the required task or moving as required by the command. This type of robotic device is also significant in the case of people with disability since this device can easily assist them in movement or run errands within the house or outside the house. Some of the components specifications required for this proposed voice-controlled roboticvehicle include voice recognition chip, robot body, battery, Bluetooth module, Keil compiler, Embedded C, Android application, crystal, motors, microcontroller, the motor driver IC, and voltage regulator. This paper proposes tow design proposals that can be used in the development of the voice-controlled robotic vehicle. The proposed dissemination method from the findings of this proposal is through writing research findings and then publishing them in peer-reviewed journals in the field of engineering too as to target a large number of students who like to read these journals.KeywordsVoice recognition chip, Bluetooth module, Keil compiler, Embedded C, Android application, crystal, motors, microcontroller, the motor driver IC, and voltage regulator.

Robots are significant devices in numerous manufacturing industries since they improve the work performed by human labour and also minimizes the probabilities of errors since they are job specific. This proposal paper proposes a robotic system whereby the human voice becomes specific component to manipulate a robotic device by the use of speech recognition module.
