• The primary purpose of this research is to evaluate
the emerging situation of Protein Bar.
• This presentation demonstrates the current design of
the supply chain of Protein Bar.
• It also discusses strategies that could be imperative

and services (Formentini and Taticchi, 2016).

• There are two strategies that could be used by the organization to improve their
supply chain:
– Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions (Mangan, Lalwani, and Lalwani, 2016).

Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions
(ERP)
• The enterprise resource planning is a software of
business process management that facilitates a
company to imply the structure of the integrated
application to control the business and operate many
back-office functions as it could be related to the
services, technology, and human resources
(Genovese, Acquaye, Figueroa, and Koh, 2017).

Supply Chain Management technology
• Supply chain management technique could facilitate the organization to
operate their business effectively and get reliable outcome (Jabbour and
Sousa Jabbour, 2016).

• It can be concluded that an organization could use
SCM and ERP technology and gain the demand of
