Domain of promoting languageof hope will be followed by supporting Alison in treatment (Frost and et.al., 2017). Here, her views and values will be respected. The second domain that is person first and holistic approachis followed by offering support to divorced women. A multidisciplinary team isgroupof people who provide support topatients.Thegroup might consist ofprofessionals who recommend treatment toindividualpatients. In case of Alison there are various multi disciplinary teams required. Mental health team-in this there will be members consist of psychiatrist. They will deal with mental health problems of Alison and provide care services. Psychiatrist will find out symptoms of mental disorder and develop plan by identifying her needs. Social support team-This team will help in providing social support to her. It may include Social worker, Counselor, etc. that will support in implementing care plan developed by professionals. They will gather information and communicate with doctors. Professional boundaries that you may need to keep in mind in working The social workers should work in their professional boundaries while providing social care. For example- They must consult with their supervisor before dealing with her. Moreover, they organizational documents should be consulted in case of social workers are uncertain about their role. Furthermore, care must be provided within legal and ethical requirements of role of social worker. Thus, in this way professional boundaries need to kept in mind while working with Alison (Le Boutillierand et.al., 2015).
