technology which has limited their control on fitness. This report is focused on offering fitness
service with the help of the online platform. This online platform will help in saving a lot of

Australia is currently having a total population of 25 million which are growing day by day. This
population consists of sections like young, adult and old age people. But it has been seen that all
the population are very inclined towards fitness and are also well aware of the benefits of
remaining fit (Eime et al., 2015). As per study, it has been seen that individual who is in their
fifties participant more in fitness activities in Australia as compared to young one. Also, it has
been found out that half of the population in Australia is fitness lover but due to busy
professional life they are not able to give proper time to their fitness. Fitness industries are
currently emerging as one of the most profitable business in Australia with an estimated value of
around $195 million. Governments of Australia are also promoting fitness in the country because
more than the third portion of the budget is being expended on health-related matters in the
country which is boost for this unique idea (Vergeer et al., 2017).
