BACKGROUND:
1. Clarendon College is of the opinion that the Service Provider has the necessary qualifications,
experience, and abilities to provide services to the Customer.
2. ACA Restaurant Café’ is agreeable to providing <food and accommodation servicesClarendon
College on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set
forth in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged,
<Clarendon Collegeand the ACA Restaurant Café’ (individually the “Party” and collectively the “Parties”
to this Agreement) agree as follows:
1. The ACA Restaurant Café’ hereby agrees to provide <Clarendon College with food and accommo-
dation services
2. The ACA Restaurant Café’hereby agrees to comply with Australian Consumer Law

Notice
All notices, requests, demands or other communications required or permitted by the terms of this
Agreement will be given in writing and delivered to the Parties of this Agreement as follows:

or to such other address as any Party may from time to time notify the other.
You are to include but not limited to, other matters here if any of the followings have been
