INTRODUCTION
This is important for various organization to maintain health and safety measures in
organization to keep people safe and secure on the work place (Jacobi, 2017). There are different
hazardous risk factors are present s in the manufacturing plant of organizations that can affect
people who work around. This report will be explaining various risk factors that are possible on
the work place of Tesla motors. Some principle of health, hygiene will be analysed in the report.
Types of hazards and methods of preventions will be provided in the study. Process to ensure
health and hygiene in Tesla Motors will be considered in report,

Principles of occupational health and hygiene
There are some principles can be used in Tesla Motors to ensure the health and safety of
employees on the workplace (Kim, Park and Park, 2016). Some of main principles of
Occupational Health and Hygiene are-
1. Include and implement all the safety and security measures in order to ensure the safety
and Hygiene on the work place.
2. Follow all the guidelines that are provided by authority in order to keep employees safe
on work place.
3. Maintain continuity in operations that can help to improve health hygiene standards on
the work place.
4. Provide effective guidelines to the workers to maintain the operations free from risks.
5. Providing all safety gadget to the workers to avoid hazardous situation with in the work
place (Moyce and Schenker, 2018).
6. Policies of the organization must be enforces to maintain health and hygiene sandards on
the workplace.
7. Ensure all the rights of the employees by providing them with safety measures in order to
reduce the safety related issues for the employees on work place of Tesla Motors.
Strategies to prevent Hazardous on Workplace
There are various strategies can be used by organization to avoid hazardous situation in
company. Some of the main strategies are-
1. By ensuring various regulatory, statutory and ergonomic consideration in order to keep
manufacturing plant of Tesla Motors safe and secure for employees.
