The evidence obtained from the Belbin’s Test, I have observed that my primary role is a Team
leader and the secondary role is a team mate. I shall reflect on some of the qualities that I need
to ensure while performing my responsibility.
As a team leader, my primary responsibility is to motivate my team mates and encourage them
to work in a challenging scenario as well. I prefer exploring new ideas and help my team mates
wherever they seek any help in performing their jobs. During the difficult scenario, I like to take
