HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY?(500 words)
Employability is described as the skills possessed by individuals to make themselves employable for the different jobs. The organisations along with the
effective subject knowledge and the technical understanding they require specific job specifications to be fulfilled by the employees. It is very important for
the candidates to develop their skills and knowledge for making themselves fit for the different businesses requirements. The world is continuously changing
and the industries are also upgrading themselves to meet the requirements. This requires the candidates to improve and enhance their skills and knowledge to
become eligible for the business. I have learned from the artefacts that it personal development is very important and it has provided the ways through which
it could be done. It has provided that the practical exposure and learning sessions are essential as they help in understanding the concepts and standards with
deeper knowledge. To become specialised in the field learning and practical experience play a vital role in success of candidates. The personal SWOT
analysis has also helped in analysing my strengths on which further work could be performed and weaknesses to be improved by the business. It has provided
me to assess the different opportunities that will arise in the future. There are also some threats for which prior preparation could be made. Self assessment is
very essential for taking further steps for improvements. On this basis, the future actions are required to be performed for working on these strengths and
weaknesses. The self development plan has also helped me to plan the actions that I will take for self development. The blogs about the career planning and
learning skills has helped me to learn the ways and method of improving the skills. The effective utilisation of the time is very essential as done during the
lockdown with the help of internet. I have researched about various career options of which I was not aware previously. It helped to assess by doing some
extra session how I could become eligible for other options also. Study skills and learning materials show that the student is required to use quality resources
for studying and prepare strategies that help in studying. There is large number of sources that could be used to get access over large number of information
such as e-library. It has eased the learning process to a considerable level. Also the assessment of different job seeking sites helped me in knowing what are
the advantages and disadvantages of various sites that may help in getting good job. There are millions of vacancies posted over sites and it could be
processed in the most efficient manner for deriving better advantages. I have also gained knowledge and understanding from the job descriptions and person
specifications to identify what basic requirements are needed in every job and how to make myself suitable for desired jobs. Also the blog writing has helped
me to carry out research for the future job opportunities and what they will require from the candidates. These artefacts have developed my knowledge in
broad way and making myself employable.

How will new technologies change the future job market?
The constantly changing environment will also change the future job market. The technological advancement and automation will make the
market competitive and demanding. It will requires the candidates to be more active and advanced jobs with specialised knowledge and
experience. The world will change the job market digitally and this would require candidates to be fit for the job. The increased automation will
require the candidates to have at least basic technical skills required for every job. Organisations are going to use the artificial intelligence tools
for their business. They will focus over highly value added tasks that will improve their organisational growth. There will be greater tech
integration and learning ability. The future job market will become fully automotive and competitive.
What would be the new job opportunities available in the future?
Due to the change in future market there will be also number of job opportunities for candidates. The industrial revolution will create different
job opportunities in the digital market. Jobs for handling digital tools and techniques would be required. The automation will also require the
students to enhance their jobs for technical jobs. Tasks for creating collaboration between the machines and humans would be created. The
jobs in field of artificial intelligence would also be created requiring the companies to hire candidates having good IT skills. Also the
management jobs would be there for managing the multiple tasks to be performed by the organisation.
How can we prepare for those new opportunities?
It is for sure that the future market will create different job opportunities for the people but are required to develop their skills to the level
required else they would be out of the market. The skills could be enhanced in the area of artificial intelligence, automation and technical skills
through the courses from universities. Students can take effective training and development programmed in the specific field they want to
