INTRODUCTION
Creativity can be basically used for the purpose to solve the various problems and also
coming up with different solutions and when it comes to knowledge, it really helps in predicting
the future and also identifying the various trends. Both knowledge and creativity plays a very
important role in preparing for success in the university.
MAIN BODY
The present essay basically involves the reflection on my learning during the PSKC
module and also helps in brief description about the overview regarding my lessons during the
first four weeks. With the help of creativity and knowledge, it will help an individual in better
thinking also helps in enhancement of overall personality. During the first week, the main
objective of my study session was to identify my learning style. In addition to that, it involves the
Bucks Graduate Attributes which will also provide support in my higher education. With the help
of performing tasks and working, it really helped me a lot in identifying and having knowledge
of different leadership styles and having deep understanding about the best leadership style
which is suitable for me. I got to learn so much about the various leadership styles such as
autocratic, participative and free rein leadership style. However, now I am very confident in
evaluation and effectively using my leadership style (Kholmurzaev and Tokhirov, 2021).
The Second week was all about digital literacy and reading skills which really helped in
using one note, excel, Microsoft Edge and Office 365. The use of Office Suite has become one
of the integral factor when it comes to academic lives and professional. In addition to that, it has
really made my coursework easy and better in order to understand (Imran, Ilyas, Aslam and
Fatima, 2018). Moreover, it really helped me as a student as I am still in my learning phase and
also working on improving my skills. But it become really difficult for me to use it on a daily
basis and learning new things. But during this week, I got the confidence to work upon my
reading skills which really helped me a lot in understanding my modules and helping me to write
in a better manner. I also started reading mails from the university and my college and also I
focused on posters, tutorials and books which are available. Also I tried to do my assignments

with the help of proper research and correctly working on my grammatical issues and framing
right sentences.
In the third week, I got to learn about the communication skills and their importance. I
also got to learn about the application, vocabulary, accuracy of the evidences and verified
writing to be objective. Also with the help of essays, structured reports and portfolio, all these
really helped me a lot in learning about paraphrasing. In addition to that, I got to learn about how
to improve these skills for the purpose to make improvements in my word skills and also
improving my writing. In addition to that, this module need more time in order to have better
understanding about the passive voice and also having deep understanding about the use of third
person. In some areas, I still struggle and it is very important for me to practice on the daily basis
(Ferreira, Coelho and Moutinho, 2020).
In Fourth Week, I realised that I need to practice on my making my experiences more
valuable and also putting them into actions. Moreover, it really helped me a lot in understanding
what is wrong and what is right. Moreover, this also helped me a lot in having deep
understanding about the Kolb's theory in which planning, doing, thinking and reflection need to
be followed in order to become a reflective practitioner. Also during all these 4 weeks, I had a
well thought about researching skills which also helps in critical thinking in having better
understanding about the qualitative and quantitative sources (Safaraliyevna, 2021). During this
week, my teacher explained me about the various researching skills and also it helped me a lot in
better evaluation with the help of several resources such as books, websites and periodicals. Also
I got to learnt about the Kolb's Cycle of Reflection and also about the reflective thinking. In
addition to that, I gained better understanding about the two techniques which comprises of
reflection and also involves learning on action and learning in action. I also realised that there is
no lack of opportunity but I also felt that the fear of failure could sometime stop me in asking and
clearing my doubts. Also, I realised that learning is a never ending process and it is very
important for me to try to be more effective and confident in overall improvement of my reading
skills and communication skills.

Moreover, I would also like to add that this is considered to be a very important skill
which will help me a lot in scoring better marks and can be also used for further professional life.
In addition to that, it really helped me a lot in having better understanding about the importance
of effective communication skills with respect to the academic levels and professional levels.
Also with the help of week plans and modules, it really helped a lot in improving my confidence,
having better clarity, using the right materials and applying it on daily basis. I also realised that,
it is very important for a individual to be highly intellectual and to experience, observe and
reason to develop beliefs and making own actions for the purpose to follow for the entire life. In
the end, I considered that this module is very beneficial and useful for my own personal
development and also provided me a platform in order to make my knowledge more advanced
when it comes to solving mathematical problems, using outlook and using excel(Supkhonovna,
2021).
CONCLUSION
From the above essay, it can be concluded that knowledge and skills plays a very
important role in preparing for the success at the university and it is very important to have deep
understanding about the various skills and also effectively applying them into practice.
