How and why have the mini project workshops contributed towards the development of your
employability?
There are different employment skills which is crucial for a person to increase its
capability and performance. It has been determined that mini project workshop is very effective
in contributing in development of employability skills as well as increase potential of a person to
conduct organisational task in more effective manner (Zhang and et.al., 2017). Mini project
workshop consider of different elements such as CV writing, SWOT analysis, information about
employability, group work and so on. All of these are very helpful in enhancing the knowledge
and information about the employability. This is very helpful in enhancing person capability to
perform business task in more effective and efficient manner. Through this mini shop a person
will be able to gain more information about how to create an effective or useful CV in order to
represent achievement and experience in creative manner. Information that is gained by mini
workshop is very useful in enhance person knowledge about ideal job as well as its other
elements. By knowing what is ideal job along with its requirements a person will be able to
increase its capability according to ideas job. In this mini workshop understanding about SWOT
analysis is also determined. This is a very useful tool which will support a person to identify and
analyse strength, weakness, opportunity and threats. This will contribute in development of
person employability as this support in gaining understanding about person SWOT. This can be
use by a person to know that are there strength which will assist in increasing performance as
well as those areas which needs to be improved for further growth. This is crucial tool for an
employee in making them more employable for conducting job role of ideal job. In this
workshop meaning of group work is determined properly (SOLTANZADEH, GHIYASI, and
DAMAVANDI, 2019). group work is essential part of employees for increase person capability
and effectively to perform organisational task in more creative and effective manner. In this
workshop understanding about employability is provided in creative and effective manner. By
gaining this understanding a person is able to improve their skills and other competencies so that
organisation task could be person in effective manner. employability skills are very crucial for
any employee who want to grow and develop their professional career as well as attain desired
goals. This mini workshop was very useful for person to provide information about how to create
and develop effective CV and this will help an employees in their employability as this will
assist in enhance information about what all should be written in good CV so that employer can

easily understand. This CV will help in gaining good impression as well as increase the chance
of getting selected for ideal job role. By SWOT analysis a person which be able to identify that
are their weakness as well as those attributes which needs to be developed for improving
capability of effective employment performance.
Summary explaining your choices of the Portfolio contents
I have analysed that there are various elements that is included in success of a person.. It is
crucial essential for a person to perform well in order to achieve success. Portfolio lead to have
major impact on performance of a person as well as it support in increasing the capability and
effectively to conduct task in more accurate manner. This can be describe as the process of
collecting and assembling different types of documents at one place. There are different content
which are included in portfolio and this support a person in analysing any documents or file
whenever it is needed. I have developed an effective portfolio which includes detail about
different contents such as CV, employability, idea job, different ways to search about job, SWOT
analysis and many other files. All of the documents which is included in portfolio is very
effective and useful in improvement and development of person skills and capability to conduct
employment task in better manner (Fada, and et.al., 2016). There are different types of portfolio
and I consider that E portfolio is very useful and most effective tool for maintain and assembling
large number of documents at one place. Electronic portfolio is a way in which a person in able
to keep all important and information data such as notes, assessment, SWOT analysis,
employability skills and various other documents in electronic media. This is very easy method
to store and share data for one place to other. I have developed different documents such as well
written and up to data CV and this documents can be share while applying for idea job.
Electronic portfolio is considered to be very safe and secure way of recording different
documents which is necessary for gaining success as well as accomplishment of desired goals
and objective. SWOT analysis is crucial tool for self development as in this I have determined
my different strength which is useful for performing well in ideal job. With the support of
SWOT analysis I have determined different elements which needs to be improved for growth and
development. By improving my weakness I will be able to gain different job opportunity and my
strengths will assist in successfully accomplishment desired goals. In this portfolio I have written
about different sources which can be used for searching of job after graduation. This document
include detail about advantage and drawback of each and every sources. Through this

information I will be able to determine which is the most suitable source for applying for job role
after graduation.
Portfolio contents
Up-to-date CV – This can be describe as the documents which will include each and every
information about the person as well as their skills. Up to date CV includes current contact
information such as full name, address, phone number and so on. In this past working experience
and academic history is also mention (Walters, 2016). Person will provide information about
achievements, honour, hobbies, skills and other competency which is useful for performing
business operations. I have developed different skills such as communication and problem
solving skill. Both of these skills is crucial to conducting various organisational activities in
more accurate manner.
Reflection of the contents of CV – I have analysed that CV play a crucial role in
achieving desired job role and well as influencing employers to select me for job. CV include
various details and information that is essential for providing correct and appropriate information
to other. In the content of my CV I have information regarding qualification details, past
working experience, hobbies and interest, content details and many mother information that is
significant to provide required details to other person. I have determined that I have made
creative and innovative CV as well as provide right details. This will help employer to
understand required details in order to take correct decision. Content of my CV includes various
skill and capabilities that will help in fostering my performance in organisation. I have
mentioned my skills as time management and communication skills. Both of these are important
skills that needs to be with in a person in order to perform organisational task and activities in
more effective and efficient manner.
What is employability – The term employability refer as the capability and potential of a person
to get paid for a suitable job role. Employability consider of different types of skill that is crucial
for person to perform organisational task and activities in more effective and efficient manner.
there are different skills that is included in employability skills such as problem solving, oral
communication. Collaboration, resource management and many more. All of these skills play
essential part in increasing capability and performance of a person to effectively conduct

business skill. Employability skill can be describe as the set of skills and qualification which is
important to be with in a person in order to gain desired job role as well as effectively conduct
organisational task. Through different employability skills a person will be able to increase their
chances of getting selected for idea job as well as correctly managing different task of business.
What is your ideal job after graduation – Ideal job after graduation can be describe as the job
role that is according to the studies in graduation. I consider ideal job is the job that a person
enjoy while working in job as well as earn money while working. It is very important for a
person to analyse and evaluate idea job which is according to their needs and wants. For me
ideal job is to become marketing manager in well reputation company. This is my ideal job
because I have capabilities and potential to conduct marketing activities and along with this is
have knowledge about it. In my graduation studies I have learned various important things and
concept about marketing practices that will help me in performing activities of idea job in more
creative and effective manner. I have considered a job is a idea job that a person enjoy and like
to perform job role as well as get correctly paid for putting efforts in job role.
How will you search for jobs after graduation – I have analyse that there are different
approaches and methods that will support a person in searching for job after graduation. It is very
important for a person to consider different types of method in searching for a job as well as
applying for required job. Searching for job is a crucial and critical process which needs to be
performed in correct and accurate manner in order to select appropriate job for conducting
business activities (Shaikh and et.al., 2019). After completing graduation most of the students
want to work in organisation in order to increase their learning as well as improve their
capability to conduct business task in more better and effective manner. I have analysed the
major methods for searching job after graduation are classified into direct and in direct methods.
Direct method that is consider by a person consist of placement methods. University conduct
campus placement method for their graduate student in order to help student for searching job. In
direct method includes online portal for identifying and searching job. This is also significant
method that will help a person to get desired job and apply for working in organisation. Online
job portal is cost costly to a person as well as provide different option and opportunity to person.

be within a person in order to become more competitive and efficient for working with in an
organisation. It has been analysed that employability is the set of skills, personal attributes and
understanding that will other elements that is essential for effectively performing business
activities in more accurate manner (Saat, 2019). I has been determined that employability skills
will support in graduate person to gain desired employment as well as successfully chose
occupation that will provide benefits to them (What is Employability and Why it’s so Important
for Students, 2020). Employability skills are significant in achieving goals of business as well as
enhancing education and academic capabilities of a person. It has been identified that
employability skills will support in engaging student experience of a person and work effective
and efficiently in order to perform desired job role in better manner.
What skills do you need for employability – I have determined that there are several
employability skills that needs to be developed and enhance in order to successfully achieve set
goals of option as well as improve my capabilities to conduct any task and activity in more
effective and efficient manner. Employability skills is consider as the combination of different
types of skills such as communication skills, problem solving, recourse management, critical
thinking , technical skills, collaboration and many more. This will lead to have positive impact
on employees. By developing all of these skill a person will be able to enhance their
employability characteristics.
SWOT analysis – This can be describe as the tool and approach that is consider by a person in
order to increase their capability by determine different strength and weakness. SWOT analysis
stands for strength, weakness, opportunity and threat (Sangroungrai, Sukchareonpong and
Witchakul, 2018). That is significant in providing information and detail about skills of a person
that is beneficial for them in order to conduct organisational activities as well as different aspects
that needs to be increase by a person for developing their effectiveness. SWOT analysis for my
skills and capacities is mention below.

due to this it will have impact in my technical
skills.

Note taking in class – Notes taking can be refer as the process that will help in recording
important and crucial information. It is essential for a person to focus on notes taking practices as

Picture of yourself – This includes self image while preparing for interview. In my picture for
getting ready for job interview will include properly dressed person. In an interview process
dress and clothing play crucial role as this will assist in providing proper and accurate impression

details that is required to provide information regarding past experience and details.
Teamwork – The term teamwork can be describe as the efforts and capability of a person while
working in a team. It is crucial for a person to have effective and efficient team work skills in
order to successfully attain common goals and objectives of team. This skill support a person to
develop strong and effective bond with other team member as well as collaboratively work in
team.
