RESEARCH2AbstractThe study formulated questions connected to the subject matter to help in the gathering and analysis of information. Some methods used to collect data include observations, surveys, and interviews which involved the students, teachers and other workers in the school environment. The results showed that students usually prepare when exams are almost closed and hence leads to distressful moments. It is therefore recommended for students and teachers to encourage a culture of full semester participation and avoid last minutes.

A study shows that most students are more relaxed at the beginning of the semester and things get tougher as they approach exams. They have a lot of assignments to complete and prepare for exams, which forces some to stay up all night studying. They also might sat away from social life which affects the way of mind functioning and in the end might lead to serious mental issues.
