Response to question 1:
I would attempt to sell my lottery tickets as the commissioner of the state lottery system
in different locations. In order to make the customers buy my lottery, I would set the prizes of
lottery from 10 dollars to 1000 dollars that will allow them to check whether they are more likely
to win. This would make them to buy more tickets. The tactic that I employed is fair for the
reason that I did not cheat or physically compel my customers to buy my lottery tickets. The
customers are buying my tickets because they are winning some good money (Shoaardebili &
Fattahi, 2015). I am confident that the strategy will work because the customers will not only buy
the tickets but also suggest their friends and relatives to buy them. This will start a cycle that will
boost my business. To advertise, I would use the tag “take the chance and make the change” for
the jackpot lottery that would be around 4 to 5 million dollars. I would show in the advertisement
that a poor man took the chance and won the jackpot lottery that changed his life. This strategy
would be fair because buying the lottery and then winning it is a matter of chance. I would also
advertise the lottery winners more by making them appear for television interviews, which would
bring positive promotion for my business. This strategy would also be fair because I am just
celebrating the win of my customers.
Response to question 2:
Language is extremely vital to the development of a human being. It relies on the kind of
culture that is there in the country of the individual who seeks to attain it. The target language of
the individual could influence her or his nutrition along with the different types of social
obstacles. At four years of age, the phase is very crucial for the child in terms of language
development since her or his brain is developing. In such a stage, the child has to have good

nutrition and a good environment to live in because this would ensure a healthy brain
development. The growing stage of the child includes different aspects such as weight, height,
speech development, vision and so on. Generally, child development discourse involves
development in terms of behavior, abilities and functions (Bates, 2014). In the developing
countries, the health and nutrition of children is much below the standard than those in developed
countries. They are compelled to eat whatever is available to them. Thus, the thirteen-month old
baby could still have the chance to attain a healthy environment where it could develop. The
four-year old child might face more problems in learning to speak English or any other language
since she or he has already passed the stage of early learning. However, many studies on children
development have found that the four-year old children still have the opportunity to learn a
language. The studies have found that the children are most capable of learning a second-
language at or below the age of 12 years (Black et al., 2017). Hence, the foster parents could be
happy to know that their adopted children could learn the English language if they focus on
teaching them socialization and providing good nutrition.
Response to question 3:
According to the fundamental attribution error, people generally perceive behavior as a
specific important factor whenever they attempt to appreciate or justify the happening or events
in a society (Hooper et al., 2015). The attribution error occurs because people have a tendency to
elucidate behavior by taking into consideration the inner character of the particular society. In
case of Latisha, she committed the attribution error when she suggested that the Germans
slaughtered so many innocent people owing to their traits of being sadists and cruel. Latisha
failed to take into account the outer factors in the situation but only focused on the inner traits of
the society. This led to her ending up putting increased emphasis on the German society instead
