It is really necessary for organization engage employees so that their goals and objectives can be achieved. Present report will lay emphasis on Ealing Building society. It has a head office in Oxford that contains the operations, marketing, product development, corporate planning, and finance. Report will lay emphasis on the issues that has been faced by Ealing building society. It will provide the impact of issues on group dynamics and performance of organization.Assignment will also discuss psychologicalframeworks underpinning the case, recommending the significance of employee engagement. They have various departments working in the firm such aspiration, marketing production, finance. The issues include the following: Issue 1:One of the major issues that have been faced by Ealing building society is that they have recruited highly untrained staff. It has been analysed form the case study that employees are being trained badly and also are paid less. This is the major reason of their sales and revenue going down (Jung, Seo and Yoon, 2020). In order to overcome this issue, it is really necessary for the Ealing building society to make use of strategies related to employee engagement. This is laying impact on the growth of organization and also their productivity has been reducing. In order to increase employee engagement towards firm, it is really necessary for the organization to provide employees with better and adequate training. This will assist them in staying motivated and will also enable workers to perform at their best. Ealing society also needs to ensure that they are recruiting highly skilled staff so that goals and objectives of the firm can be achieved. This will support them in controlling the sales aspects of organization which is going down. It has also been analysed that employee engagement is one of the most important aspect for the firm to grow. This will help them in analysing the reasons behind the downward trend that is recently been faced by Ealing society. Training can help them 1
in motivating employees; it will also assist them in enhancing the skills and abilities of workers. Productivity and operational efficiency of firm will be enhanced while engaging employees in organization. They will be able to achieve their set targets. It has been analysed that if skilled employees are not been recruited, this is laying huge impact on the performance level of team. This is one of the major reasons that they are facing problem of workers leaving the firm. In order to overcome this Ealing society needs to come up with various policies and strategies related to employee engagement (Restaurant Naim and Lenka, 2017). They can make policy like providing equal opportunities and pay to all workers who are working with them at same level. This aspect can support Ealing society in increasing workers loyalty. It helps them growing and also will assist the organization in increasing their productivity. It has been analysed that not giving equal wages to workers working on same level can increase the dis-satisfaction level in them. Issue 3:The third issue which has been faced by Ealing society is that there is no spirit in the team and also the employee turnover is been increasing day by day. Employees have really little sense of being in team and they also have little belongingness towards firm. So it is the major reason that workers are leaving the Ealing society. It has also impact their goodwill and laid a negative impact in the eyes of consumers. It has laid negative impact on the performance of team. In order to encourage workers, it is really necessary for Ealing society to enhance the feelings of belongingness in employees. Employers can engage in making use for effective communication so that they will be able to analyse the problems that has been faced by workers (Koch and et.al., 2019). By this they will also be able to reduce the turnover that has significantly been rising from past few years. Ealing society in order to engage more employees can also be involved in motivating workers through providing them with rewards and incentives. This will help them in developing the feeling of belongingness in team members. It has been analysed from the case study that workers are been poorly trained that is also reducing the productivity in them. So, emphasis must be laid to provide better training so that skills of workers can be improved. It will also assist them in increasing the operational efficiency in Ealing society. Kahn have developed human catered focus in employee engagements for more role of the organization in achieving the level of self-engagement. There is development of the approaches in order to have the solution three consecutive issues which is being faced by the by Ealing building society which are such as recruitment ofhighly untrained staff, giving less wages to workers and no spirit in the team and also the employee turnover is been increasing day by day. The approach which is considered to be the individual vs organizational approach as it is important to know hoe organization is properly structure and investment can be effetely measure in the terms of employee engagements in the workplace. On the other hand human centred approach have human cantered studies who are having the look for the psychological makeup of an employee at workplace.in addition to that of external factors which will help them to have 4

Thedynamiclevelofrelationshipwiththerespectivelevelofcoworkers,line managements and staff from the various level. At the end, this will be helpful in the increasing satisfaction level of employees.
