Therefore, a large number of people use physical exercise to enhance their health that can be effective to reduce the illness of people in long-run. The physical exercise activities offer a new experience to the individual that effectively support them to complete their work in the specified cost and period. Due to this, an individual enables to create their efficiency along with capabilities to obtain the higher profit in the upcoming period. A large number of individuals have used physical exercise to mitigate the anxiety, negative mood, depression, cognitive, and self-esteem. In addition, it can also be said that the research topic is to also beneficent to make a career in the health sector in future. This research will be supportive to create understanding about the relationship between mental health and physical exercise. In additionto this, it can also be said that the healthier life of people can positively impact on the growth of the business (Smith, 2015).The existing marketplace is not certain so the understanding about the physical exercise is enabled the individual to perform better at the working place. In the current business atmosphere, an organization can also make different policies and programmes regarding the health of people to aware the employees. At the same time, form the utilization of company health-related programme employees will be able to create the understanding about the significance of physical exercise to make healthier life in long-run.
