QUESTIONS1.Latent learning is the basic cognitive process that is not expressed in an overt response. Itoccurs without obvious reinforcement. It defines that children need specific condition forlearning but operant conditioning explains that it is not so. Edward has argued that learning canbe taken place without reinforcement (Debeer and et.al, 2014). But it is hard to identify the realcondition of individuals who is suffering from the learning disability. With the help of principlesof operant conditioning, actual behavior of the patients can be identified by medicalprofessionals. As latent learning can be occurred without apparent reinforcement, it createsproblems for the behaviorist because that cannot be demonstrated until and unless there issufficient reinforcement. As latent learning explains that behavior of patients cannot be directlyobserved so, before operant conditioning principles, medical persons were finding it difficult toanalyze the real condition of children (Eysenck and Rachman, 2013). Latent learning ignoresother factors such as upbringing and biological factors, as these elements also affect thebehavior. It creates problem for the medical professionals because they do not find it as an actualproblem in individuals (McSweeney and Murphy, 2014). 2.Autism is the disease which takes place in the early childhood stage.
