This research evaluates the experiences of individuals playing video games for improving cognitive development. It aims to understand the concept of cognitive development in psychology, assess the impacts of playing video games on individual minds, evaluate the psychological importance of playing video games as cognitive development of individuals, and recommend ways of controlling addictive nature of playing video games as cognitive development in individuals. The research methodology includes quantitative research type, deductive approach, interpretivism research philosophy, primary and secondary data collection, random sampling technique, and data analysis through SPSS.
