INTRODUCTION There are large number of young people are facing mental health issues which have different consequences. Here, using the psychological knowledge and skills, it can help and support those to improve their life and carry forward. YoungMinds is charity organisation that work on this to improve young people good mental health(Windgassenet. al.,(2019)). Organisation background YoungMinds is the UK charity organisation which was formed in 1993 by group of mental health professional who were highly passionate about improving mental health for support young people and children in their mental health. They are also making high change in creating positive practice and policy. They have the strategic aim to provide high quality care and support to the children and young people with mental health issues. They have the aim to make sure that all children and young people get mental health support which they need, whenever they meet at any cost(Chanet. al.,(2022)). They have the purpose to stop the crisis point of mental health issues. Organisation applies psychology YoungMinds applies the cognitive behavioural therapy which is an effective therapy where they influence people to take care about young people and do not leave them along when they need some support or help. This can help them to get better and effective response towards the better improvement in mental health. They also motivate people to make sure that young people should get around that can really help them. They also build some movement which create awareness about taking care of individual which can insist them to make their behaviour which assure them to get better care about young people. This can be effective and influence people through applying CBT as the psychology(Okkersenet. al.,(2018)). Here, they influence people to talk with young people which can help and support in managing their problem and help them in positive thinking and better behaviour. CBT is highly effective therapy which can help to get better care and support in leading to support people with having problems like depression and anxiety which can allow to help and support them in physical and mental health related problems. This is short term therapy technique which have the ability to help people through changing their behaviour and through pattern(Baglioniet. al.,(2020)). Here, YoungMinds use
this psychological therapy to provide better support to children and young people to fight against the mental health issues(Salomonssonet. al.,(2020)). Employment and Volunteering option There are various kinds of jobs are available within this organisation which can help to improve the employment. There are some of the opportunities includes People and Culture Officer, Data and Impact Officer, Senior Manager, project manager, major relationship manager, e-communication officer, youth social action manager, supporter engagement manager and many more(Hadjistavropouloset. al.,(2022)). Here, youth social action manager, e-communication officer, major relationship manager and senior manager are some of the job opportunity which can be effective for the psychology student to make their career. These are the post through which psychology student or recent graduate can start their career where they can use their skills and knowledge to provide services to effectively manager and improve the YoungMinds services that can allow to improve better support to young people in their mental health issues(Olisahet. al.,(2022)). COVER LETTER Here, as performing graduation in psychology where I need to perform a psychological approach that can help to utilize the psychological skill which I have learned during my academic. It can influence to deliver of a psychological approach to client for improving their mental health. During this, I have learn about applying different psychological approaches where person-centered care model is highly effective and influenced me to deliver quality talking therapy. This is one of the best therapy which can be effective to influence client to improve their mental health and provide better improvement in there mental health. To perform the job in an organization that uses psychological therapy which influences cognitive behavior. I have learned about this therapy and practices to implement it more effectively this is for clients better improvement in their mental health. I have different skills that can influence me to perform and make a better decisions for client improved health and communicate more effectively. This can enable client to communicate easily and share their information that can be effective in making decision accordingly to provide better therapy(Smallet. al.,(2018)).
