INTRODUCTION
Epidemiology is defined as the study and analysis of the condition which is associated
with the health and disease. This part of epidemiology consider distribution pattern and
determinants of the condition which is linked with health and disease situation. It is useful in the
systematic and data driven pattern which is based on the frequency and pattern. The determinant
is used to describe the causes and the risk factor of any health related issues. It is a a main vital
part of the public health which provide the shape and policy and consider the evidence based
practice by identifying the needs and wants of a population. This practice is totally depends on
the evidence-based and this is useful in identifying the risk factor for any disease and what are
the preventive target in healthcare is well mentioned and determined (Gharbi-Meliani and et. al.,
2021).
MAIN BODY
PART 1
1: What is the sampling frame for each phase of the whitehall study?
The white hall studies are the proper investigation which is carried by the British servants
to determine the social determinants of health and it tells about the cardiovascular diseases reveal
themselves and their mortality rates. This is conducted over last 10 years the target population.
For the whitehall studies the civil servants which is categorized as a men and women which is
approx 35 to 55 years old and they are working in the office of London 20 all departments are
achieve the sample size which was approx 10308 peoples, in which there is 3413 women and
6895 man.
2: How was the risk assesed in each of the three studies?
There are a number of risk assessed in the study of three factors which is formulated
during the phase 1, phase 2 and phase 3. As per this, international impact is also associated by
the British civil services that develop a various researchers. In the context with the data to
investigate the social gradient in health and what are the inequalities and the health are necessary
to understand the social organization (Jandackova and et. al., 2019). In this they find the ways to
improve the condition in which people work and live their life and increase their standard of life
in this the health risk are also associated with the disparities of the wealth and power.
