Moreover, they have role of conducting effective activities to make patient disease in proper manner which is helpful to reduce negative impacts to the same on overall society. In addition to this, medical professionals face different challenges while putting efforts for completing their roles of providing desired medication to patients for their welfare. Meanwhile, challenges are depends upon severity of medication procedure and complex situation of patient which required carefulness to make them disease free. Roles of healthcare professional Provide desired medication– There are different types of health problems which requires differentiated medication or treatment to solve the same. It is necessary to thoroughly analyse present health problems by conducting proper diagnosis and then render appropriate treatment to patient to make them disease free. However, care professionals conduct required activities like CT Scan, MRI, X- ray, Blood test and many more to evaluate specific disease in order to give correct treatment. Medication complications– This involves complexities or infections occur during medication or treating procedure which is a challenge for carers to make patients well being. For example, surgical process certain complications take place during post anaesthesia which is very difficult to solve it. TASK 2 Reflection The medical professionals are required to conduct various kinds of clinical practices and activities which are essential to make patient well being. As per my points of point view, it is necessary for me to remain careful always while dealing with infected person or carrying out medication process properly. However, my single minor wrong step may create complications of an individual which may leads to death. Moreover, it is necessary conduct correct diagnosis by focussed on their work in accurate manner. I believe that there is not chance of doing mistakes in healthcare profession as someone's life depends upon their actions. SWOT analysis Strengths I have an ability to make healthy communication with patients which provide support to evaluate actual health problem properly.I can work in team to improve patient outcomes by conducting correct treatment through mutual understanding which increase my reputation at work place. Weaknesses I am not able to manage burden of work at peak load which is required to be improved in order to provide desired medical facilities appropriately to every person.My problem of not making decision immediately which is important in healthcare settings in respect of solving complications. Opportunities I can increase patient participation in care at my work place which more useful to overcome with severe situation of mental cases. I can increase satisfaction level of patients though providing correct medication to them along with making healthy relation with them. 5

Threats I do not have much effective training for dealing with every severe situation which create problems for me as it is not possible to solve complexities easily. At my work place, there is alack of advanced equipment or machines which are required for various treatment procedures. From the above skill audit, I have analysed that several skills are required to be enhanced by implementing effective changes in order to improve patient outcomes. I have used Gibbs reflection model for providing proper reflection about problem of obesity. Description– This include about a health problem which is observed in every third person in country i.e. obesity and that is responsible for creating risk of other disease. Obesity can be described as a state of an individual having overweight condition due top extra deposition of fat molecules in body tissues. However, I have personally analysed in patients arrived at my work place that people gain additional body weight due to unhealthy habits of intake junk food, inactive lifestyle, side effects of medications or disease and so on. Feelings– As per my opinion, I believe that inactive lifestyle, eating junk food and other harmful habits including alcohol, drug abuse & smoke. It is observed and analysed that people used to prefer fast food product on regular basis which provide calories but not essential nutrient required for health. Excess of calories result into deposition of fat in body tissues and smoke or drug abuse are responsible creating imbalanced in metabolism and that will leads to obesity. In addition in this, it is evaluated by me that in present scenario people are depends upon technical devices which reduce physical activity. Moreover, lees physical work out and excess junk food create problem of extra weight in body which may leads to obesity if desired actions will not get adopted by an individual. Evaluation– The obesity has negative impacts on health as per my analysis and experience of dealing with patients as it generates difficulties in regular lives. It involves creation of risk for several critical health issues such as high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, fertility problems and many more. However, I believe that people should follow healthy lifestyle and increase physical work out by taking care of their health and take appropriate steps to remain well being. My experience says that weight is required to be controlled at initial stage when a person feel that extra body weight started to be acquired because after gaining excess fat, it will become very difficult to reduce the same. 6
Analysis– According to my experience and knowledge, it is necessary for people to take care of their body fitness as it facilitate to avoid various severe disease. My knowledge and experience says that it is essential to make people aware citizens about harmful habits and appeal them to avoid excess fast fast, smoke, alcohol, drugs abuse and other habits. It is helpful for them for remaining healthy but in present scenario people are required to adopt physical work out along with avoiding junk food. Additionally, I have analysed that threat of obesity can be fully removed when an individual put effort on their level to stay healthy. Conclusion– The issue of obesity can be prevented more effectively by motivating people through adopting healthy habits because reducing excess body weight is a difficult process. I have started conveying information about health activities and harmful habits to people who meet me daily in order to encourage them for implementing changes or remaining healthy and fit respectively. However, I have organised several health promotion campaigns with my colleagues to improve health of citizens in proper manner. Actionplan– The obesity is more effectively avoided by taking few steps in regular life rather than taking medication after become overweight. If in case, problem of obesity may increase then I will conduct deep study about factors causing the same and then make appropriate decision to provide effective precautions to people. CONCLUSION From the above report, it is summarize that pubic health issues can be described as overall medical problems and disease from which people get suffered which are classified as infectious and no- infectious diseases. It includes current health problems in given country such as obesity along with contributing determinants like lifestyle habits genetics, engineered junk food, medical conditions & certain medications. Moreover, it involves several interventions for medical professionals relevant to screening, vaccination and supplementation. Additionally, several roles and challenges of carers includes like providing accurate medical services by facing violent behaviour of patients. 7
