advancement and success achieved in the field of Public Health and health policies there are
additional work which needs to be done in order to bring about widespread adoption required in
the field of evidence-based strategies.
1.2 Rationale
The current study is important to review the health policies and public health and increase the
focus on the evidence based public health to understand the benefits. It will help in accessing
information related to public health and policies and aligning with success of the program and
policies that are being implemented productivity of the workforce and optimal utilisation and
efficient use of resources in the public and private domain specifically in the case of Saudi
Arabia.
1.3 Research aim
The current research aims to focus on the evidence based public health information for
understanding the direct and indirect benefits achieving success in the implementation of
programs enhancing productivity of workforce and efficient usage of the resources. The study
will also discuss the principle tenets involved on executing the health policies and understanding
the roles in implementing programs development of policies and evaluating progress made in the
field of Public Health and health policies in Saudi Arabia.
1.4 Research objectives
● To analyse evidence-based approach in the field of Public Health practices and programs
for understanding the effectiveness of promoting health and lay the groundwork required
for effective evidence-based public health intervention in Saudi Arabia.
● To align information related to evidence based interventions with the Peer reviewed
literature and critically evaluate the processes involved in the evidence based decision
