INTRODUCTIONIN this documentation, we will take a look at various kins of international, national andlocal agencies which is working in terms of improving health and diseases in London andEngland as well. We will evaluate some epidemiology of infectious and non-infectious diseaseswhich is increasing in the country. Furthermore, we will evaluate some strategies and approacheswhich can effective control on serious diseases in the UK and also suggest some priorities andstrategies to the provision of services for people with diseases efficiently. Apart from this, wewill assess the heath and well-being priorities for individuals in a particular health and socialcare setting in order to minimise the level of diseases in the country. Ultimately, we will discussabout activities that can be implemented in order to encourage behaviour changes for increasinghealth of individual in health and social care setting.TASK 1P 1.1 Different international, national and local agencies' effectiveness in public health andexplain how they identify levels of health and diseases in communitiesInternational Agencies:Canadian international development agency: This agency works for development in thegreater quality of people life and health care services across the world effectively (Creekand Lougher, 2011). Canadian international agency provide primary health care servicesin the UK to improve health of people. World health organisation(WHO): This is an international organisation which work forimproving health of people around the world. The major responsibility of this WHO isthat recognising healthcare issues and diseases of peoples of London and England as wellas and effectively removing the same from peoples health by monitoring various nationaland international agencies in the country effectively. Department of Health: This is the UK government departmental national healthcareorganisation which works for providing health care services to make people healthier inthe life and London and England countries as well. Especially in London, Department ofHealth furnish efficient funds to regional healthcare local agencies in order to furnishproper health care services to their people in effective manner (World HealthOrganization, 2012). The organisation managing 23 agencies which is concerned topublic healthcare firm within the country. They make effort for identifying level of health1

of country's population and providing necessary health care remedies to required peoplein the country. Local Authorities: The government of the UK has been taken several actions in contextof establishing new health scheme of local communities for their healthier life. Localauthorities' agency work for effectively recognising health diseases of people and providerelevant remedies for their better well-beingness (Folland, Goodman and Stano, 2016). Italso manages some health care activities within London and England as well. P 1.2 Epidemiology of infections and non-infectious diseaseThis is a branch of medical science which makes effort for identification, distribution andeffective management of diseases of population within the country. Epidemiology is studies forefficient control and management of diseases and other health related issues within the countryeffectively (Braveman, Egerter and Williams, 2011). Several methodologies could be used forimplementation of Epidemiology research in the country. Epidemiology of infectious and non-infectious diseases in London is as below: Infectious Diseases: HIV/AIDSStatical data about to HIV/AIDS diseases in the United kingdom5,164 people were newly affected from HIV virus in the United Kingdom in which 3,938are men and 1,226 are women in the country in year 2016.18 % people in the UK decreases from HIV diseases in year 2015 which is, 6,286 people.Most of them are gay and bisexual men in the country (Aveyard, 2014). HIV diseases cases decreased by 21% in the year 2016. 2
