stakeholders and the external stakeholders. The main internal stakeholders of the system are:

In-house Staffs The in-house staffs are generally the staffs that perform the other
internal operation in the hospital.
Medical board The board would be directly concerned with the treatment of the
patients. The medical board would be decide upon the new
medicines that are to be procured by the hospital system.
The Drivers The drivers of the ambulance would be concerned with the
delivery and pick up of the patients from the locations to the
hospital and vice versa.
External Stakeholders

The owner The government is directly related with the hospital as they are
ones that would do the funding for the organization, however
they are only related to the external activities of the hospital and
not with the internal procedures within the organization.
The customers The customers are basically the patients that are related with the
hospital who come to the hospital to do medical check-ups and
receive treatment. However their purpose with the hospital is
over, once they are done with the treatment and hence, they are
the external stakeholders for the system.
The board of directors The board of directors would be responsible for looking in to the
business matters for the organization. They would be looking to
improve the benefits of the hospital financially and also look to
increase the efficiency of the business procedures of the
organization.
The main change in the stakeholders are the sponsors as the previous system was
sponsored under government hospital and the new sponsor would be the company that is likely
to own the new system. The main conflict would arise in the human resource department and the
customer satisfaction department. The department would be cutting the numbers of staffs in the
organization to reduce the cost for the organization. The organization would also look towards
the business perspective that was earlier neglected to a certain extent. This would decrease the
customer satisfaction as well as the employee satisfaction for the organization.

requirements.
Identify alternatives
There are two alternatives for the resolution of the system:
Firstly, maintaining a HR system that would help the organization is maintaining the current
staffs of the system and hiring new staffs
Secondly, the organization would require to maintain a evaluation system that would evaluate the
employees on their performance and the employees would be provided extra incentive on
working more. This help the organization is reducing the number if staffs.

 During the course of this assignment we have come across various type of constrains that
the organization might face due to change in stakeholders and the solutions to this type of
systemic issues been identified in the solution.
