Once this has been completed, there will be time in class to review and receive feedback in preparation for the case study submission. Students will be expected to undertake further secondary information research to complement their own findings and in order to write up a Customer Experience (CX) report, which will contain the following: 1. A journey map outlining their Customer Experience during their visit 2. A critical analysis of the experience indicating the strengths and weaknesses 3. Recommendations on how to improve the customer experience, utilising a range of theories as determined by the student. The total report is to be no longer than 2.500 words or equivalent.
