success. It is essential for everyone to set effective goals. Some of the reasons for setting them

increase learning power and focus on life of an individual. Goals help to measure progress of
students and being able to figure out the progress which is highly rewarding and will supports to

are required to prepare plan in set structure and according to that take further action. As a result
students take benefits through structuring and organizing the materials for study. It is required to
grouping same concepts and terms together or make an outline in the note books as well as text
books to supports groups in related concepts. Such as, To prepare a project report require to
collect information from different sources. According to that a team leader can prepare a plan
and allocate work to people as per the interest in order to complete project on time. (Shogren and
